Where It Started
The idea began late one night while Johnny Subu was restocking beverage coolers after closing his family’s restaurant, G. Subu’s Leather Bottle, near Farmington Road and Eight Mile Road in Michigan.
Like many restaurant owners and staff, he knew the routine: pull the older bottles forward, place the new bottles behind them, and try to keep everything rotated after a long, busy shift.
“At all times, you want the new beverages stocked behind the old beverages.”
That common end-of-night frustration inspired a better solution: a tray that could help move older drinks forward while allowing new drinks to be loaded from the front.
From Restaurant Problem to Patented System

Instead of chasing the lowest-cost option, the goal was to build the product locally with Michigan companies. The original Beverage Organizer was brought to life with help from local manufacturers and restaurant supply partners, including companies in Livonia and Redford, Michigan.
